5. Data Room & Confidentiality

Access to the EyeSciences Data Room is granted only upon execution of a mutual non-disclosure agreement (“NDA”). Confidential materials disclosed under the NDA (including pre-clinical data, IP filings, and financial projections) may not be reproduced, forwarded, or discussed outside the signing recipient’s organization without prior written consent. Unauthorized disclosure constitutes a breach of the NDA and may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

The Site is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EyeSciences Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located therein.
