1. Introduction & Scope

EyeSciences Inc. (“EyeSciences,” “we,” or “us”) is a Canadian pre-clinical biotechnology company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit eyesciences.co (the “Site”), which is intended to provide information to prospective investors, research partners, and qualified personnel.

We comply with applicable privacy laws including Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) for California residents.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the Site:

• Analytics data — we use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2 to measure aggregate traffic. No advertising identifiers, ad personalization, or cross-site tracking are enabled. Analytics storage is denied by default and only activated if you affirmatively accept via our consent banner. Google may process anonymized, IP-truncated data on our behalf.
• Contact information you submit voluntarily — when you complete the Data Room request form, we receive your name, firm email, firm name, optional LinkedIn URL, investor type, and any context you provide.
• Data Room access requests — subject to a separate mutual non-disclosure agreement (“NDA”) executed before any confidential materials are disclosed.

3. How We Use & Share Information

Information is used solely for investor relations, partnership evaluation, and Site improvement. We do not sell personal information, share it with advertising networks, or use it for profiling. Limited sub-processors support our operations: our hosting provider, Google Analytics, and our email provider. Each is bound by contractual and regulatory safeguards.

4. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you. California residents may exercise CCPA/CPRA rights, including the right to know and the right to delete; we affirm that we do not sell personal information. Canadian residents may direct complaints to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. To exercise any right, email info@eyesciences.co.

5. Data Security & Retention

All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS. Inquiry data is stored in access-controlled systems and purged twenty-four (24) months after the last meaningful interaction, or earlier upon request. Data Room access logs are retained for the duration of the applicable NDA.
